– Allows the user to create a closed friction hitch such as the Schwabisch prusik or the Distel
– There are other hitches too; all require the user to practice tying and use prior to working at heights
– The two inch stitched pattern creating the eyes are covered with heat shrink tubing for longer wear
– The stitched eyes are tested to meet a minimum 5,000 lbs. tensile pull
